Design-build is a type of delivery method for construction projects. Our unique design & build concept allows many designs, engineering, construction and permitting activities to be conducted simultaneously while detailed final drawings are being completed. Step 2: Site Visit

We want to see the site for ourselves. A Site visit is essential for aligning plans with real-world conditions. The process involves preparation by defining objectives, reviewing existing documentation, preparing questions, and coordinating with stakeholders. During the visit, it's important to familiarize yourself with the site, conduct a visual inspection, take measurements, engage with local stakeholders, and adhere to safety protocols. Post-visit, compile and analyze data, update documentation, and follow up with stakeholders. The final report should summarize the visit, detail observations, and offer recommendations. Reviewing findings and updating project plans accordingly ensures that development proceeds efficiently and meets all requirements.

Step 3: Pre-Construction Assessments
